These Terms apply to all users aged 18 or above residing in Bangladesh. Minors or legally ineligible individuals are not permitted to use poe2. All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate and truthful; providing false information may result in immediate account closure. poe2 reserves the right to deny platform access to any individual at any time without prior notice.
Account Creation & Security Guidelines
To create an account on poe2, you must provide a valid mobile number, accurate personal details, and a strong password. Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account forfeiture. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party.
Poe2 uses two-factor authentication (OTP) to keep your account secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please notify our support team immediately. poe2 will never ask for your password via email or phone — any such request should be treated as fraudulent. Submitting the required identity documents for KYC verification is mandatory for secure transactions.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the poe2 platform, you are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Fraudulent activity, manipulation, harassment of other users, or any attempt to exploit the system is strictly prohibited. Should any user attempt to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities, poe2 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions and suspend the account.
Users must exercise their own judgment when betting or playing games on the platform. poe2 does not guarantee any specific outcome, and results depend entirely on the nature of the game or event. To promote responsible gaming, users may set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits. poe2 strongly advises against playing with borrowed or loaned money.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
All financial transactions on poe2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For both deposits and withdrawals, users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Transactions made using third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account closure. Any suspicious transactions may be subject to investigation by poe2's security team.
KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, which are detailed in each offer's description. poe2 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines and reserves the right to report to relevant authorities when required.

All content on the poe2 platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of poe2. No user may copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without poe2's prior permission. Content provided by third-party game suppliers is governed by their respective licenses, and the terms of those suppliers also apply accordingly.
Changes to Terms, Third Parties & Governing Law
Poe2 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered mobile number or account notifications. Continued use of the platform after any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page.
The poe2 platform may at times be integrated with third-party game providers or service providers. These third parties have their own privacy policies and terms, and poe2 is not responsible for their actions. These Terms and the relationship between users and poe2 are governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
